Synergy Network, Inc., a marketing communications company based in Waltham, and Palley Advertising, an advertising, media and graphic design company based in Worcester, announced today that the two agencies have joined forces to create a full-service marketing communications and advertising group servicing clients in the New England area. The union of the two agencies will enable clients to capitalize on the vast marketing and advertising resources available within one organization. Under the terms of the agreement, Warren Palley, president and owner of Palley Advertising, will take over as owner and President of Synergy Network from Jerri Menaul.

For 22 years, Palley Advertising has provided advertising, communication and graphic design services for clients such as mass merchants, specialty retailers, automobile dealers, healthcare providers, financial institutions, food service retailers and wholesalers, and manufacturers among others. Synergy Network has provided marketing communications and graphic design services for over 12 years to clients in a variety of industries including technology, engineering, manufacturing, law, biotech, and healthcare. The combination of the two agencies will increase the services offered to current and prospective clients, as well as allow New England-based companies to have one firm for all of their marketing and advertising needs.
